What is a S’more Oreo Truffle?
If you’ve never had Oreo truffles before, you’re in for a treat! They’re quite possibly the easiest things ever to make: crush Oreos with cream cheese in a food processor, and it makes a paste that you can roll into bite-sized truffles.
There are about a gazillion ways to make them, and today, I’m showing you how to make s’more Oreo truffles. First, because – hello! – they’re everything you love about s’mores, and, second, they are the best for gifting. I make batches of them for teacher appreciation week, which happens every May.
I even have a fun printable so you can make cute bags and fill them with these truffles for your favorite hard-working teachers. But, first, let me share more about these sweet treats.
Easy S’mores Truffles
Oreo truffles are a fool-proof treat to make – you really can’t mess them up! There’s no baking, cooking, or complicated steps.
I wrapped a mini marshmallow in the center for these s’more truffles and dipped them in milk chocolate (I love Candiquik). Then I sprinkled them with graham cracker crumbs and marshmallow bits. (You can find marshmallow bits at Target and Walmart in the baking aisle.)
Once you’ve made them, just pop them in the fridge until they harden – they taste like s’mores but as a fun Oreo truffle instead!
